Ramen Sora (Sora means Sky) was born in Sapporo, Hokkaido (Northern Most island of Japan) in 2003.  Considered as Japan's culinary center, Sapporo is often the go-to district for those who want to indulge in the best Japanese food such as Ramen.

The Man responsible for Ramen Sora is Chef Tomio Takada, Chef Tomi (as he is popularly known) has worked for several Japanese restaurants including a famous Ramen Shop in Sapporo before finally deciding it was time to put up one of his own.  His motto for Ramen Sora is "No Ramen, No Life" which he explains means Japanese people cannot live without Ramen just like Filipinos who can't live without rice.

Despite being a relatively new brand, Ramen Sora practices the traditional way of making Ramen, choosing only the freshest ingredients and boiling the soup base for nearly a day to get the full flavor from all the ingredients.

After several branches in Japan and one in Las Vegas, Ramen Sora is finally here in the Philippines.  Taste the authentic Sapporo Ramen only here at Ramen Sora.
